We ship via UPS Ground. For items such Big-sized items in a box like Liner, or a box of lotions (4 gallons in a box), we will charge the actual UPS shipping fee to customers. For any small items, orders need to be over $150 for free shipping.

Returns

We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges. Custom orders, gels, lacquer, liquids, powders, closeouts and time dated items may not be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not able to be returned including:

• PPE products are not subject to our return policy and may not be returned. This includes: face masks, face shields, gloves, table shields and sanitizers.
• Clearance items or discontinued items
• Items with broken product seals
• Items that are subject to Manufacture’s Return Policy or Warranty
• Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
• Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid.

Defective, Damaged in Shipping, Incorrect Items

For the purposes of this policy, the term “Defective” refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failure would fall under Warranty (see below).

Warranty

All warranties are from the manufacturer and not from US Maxim Nail Supply Virginia. Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
